There are many ways we can approach life and study the energy of our being. With Moira you'll explore the places where you feel contraction, learn how to work with those places with courage and compassion, and cultivate mindfulness and a stronger relationship with your authentic self. From this place of knowing, you are empowered to live life with awareness and love for your Self and for life.


Energy coaching sessions are as unique as each individual, their life, and the current state of their energy systems. Each session is consciously intended to engage with and listen to your deeper self, allowing your inner healer to emerge and bring about movement, light, healing, and awareness where needed.  


What is a typical session like? Sessions begin with checking in with your present state of being and noticing what kind of energy is presenting itself in your life. After that, each session is unique. It may be that we sit and talk or do some practices to understand the energy that’s presenting itself.  We may focus on or include learning specific tools to proactively work with your energy at home. We may focus on or include working with the Body Code to explore what imbalances, conscious or mysterious, are contributing to your current state of being. We may decide to have you lay on the massage table for some energy work such as sound healing, guided meditation, or chakra balancing.


Moira’s work incorporates a variety of tools, and she will teach you how to use some of them yourself in order to help yourself in life. The techniques and tools Moira uses is listed below.


It is best to arrive with an open mind and an open heart, willing to let go, receive, or call in the wisdom of your highest self. Be willing to do the work to heal, be it through readings, mediations, personal exercises, rituals or prayer.  This is a co-creative process, do not expect to me a passive participant.

HuMethod Exercises

Learned from the Holistic Learning Center’s (HLC) Spiritual Life Coach program, these methods help you to discover hidden belief systems that are negatively programing your life. You'll learn how to begin the process of unweaving them, heal the part of yourself that has been hurt by these beliefs, and to then Self-Parent that wounded part of you so it will integrate back into your whole being once again.



Emotion Code and Body Code Maps

Dr. Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code and Body Code Maps bring to consciousness the underlying imbalances that are contributing to your current state of being. Muscle testing or dowsing let’s your body communicate where imbalances are present within your various energy and bodily systems.



Guided Meditation/Journeying

This beautiful practice can allow your conscious mind to rest and your unconscious mind to express itself through visualizations, emotions, and physical sensations. This can be helpful in both releasing and calling in different energies, as well as bringing awareness to what is moving in the subconscious.



Distance Spirit Healing

As the name implies Spirit Healing can be done from a distance and will varies depending on your condition and what spirit brings forth. Generally speaking blocked energy is freed and allowed to move toward a state of coherence.


Spirit Healing comes from traditional Maya healers who believe there are spiritual diseases such as susto (fright/trauma), pesar (grief/loss), tristessa (sadness/depression), coraje (anger), and envidia (envy/jealousy). It is believed that by clearing these heavy emotions from an individual, it allows one to walk lighter along their journey in this world.
